Mel B Granted Restraining Order Against Nanny She Claims Had an Affair With Estranged Husband After Mel B was granted a temporary restraining order last week against her estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte - - whom she accused of beating and threatening her throughout their nearly 1. ET - - she has now obtained a restraining order against their former nanny as well. On Tuesday, a judge ordered Lorraine Gilles - - the nanny whom Mel B previously claimed in court papers had an affair with Belafonte - - to not harass the singer and to stay 1. The court order also grants Mel B access to a storage locker rented in Gilles' name. In court papers obtained by ET, the 4. America's Got Talent judge claims the locker contains alleged sex tapes and private photos Gilles and Belafonte could make public, as well as Spice Girls memorabilia and photos of her late father, who died in March. The judge has also ordered Gilles not to remove any property from the public storage locker.

As for the electronic media which my husband and Lorraine Gilles have acknowledged possession of, and which [Belafonte] has repeatedly referenced in his threats to destroy my reputation and career, I am fearful that my husband and Lorraine Gilles, either acting in concert with one another or alone, will disseminate the media in an attempt to retaliate for my filing a request for Domestic Violence Restraining Orders against my husband, Stephen Belafonte," Mel B alleges in court papers. Mel B previously claimed in court papers that she tried to leave 4. Belafonte multiple times before the two separated in December, but that he threatened her with violence and said he would "destroy" her life in "every possible way" by releasing vidoes of their sex life.

I desperately wanted to leave the relationship and tried to do so during our first year of marriage and every year thereafter," Brown alleged in the court papers. When I threatened to leave, [he] informed me he has videos of our sex life and other private moments. He] would threaten that if I left, he would release the videos to the tabloids. I have lived the past decade in fear that [he] would release intimate videos of me that would embarrass me and damage my reputation and my career." Brown also claimed Belafonte got Gilles pregnant - - and that he told her he wanted to have the baby and "all three of us live together" - - before ultimately demanding she get an abortion. He] used money earned by me to pay for Lorraine’s abortion, and he used money earned by me to pay for Lorraine’s hotel stay while she recuperated from the procedure," Mel B claimed in the court papers. A source close to Mel B, Belafonte and Gilles previously denied the pregnancy allegations, telling ET,  "none of it's true" and that Gilles is "devastated" by all of this. Brown elected not to proceed in a respectful and amicable fashion in this very private matter," Belafonte's lawyers told ET in a statement. In due course, Mr. Belafonte will be filing his response to the outrageous and unfounded allegations made by Ms. Brown, which allegations he vehemently denies." In Belafonte's response to Mel B's divorce filing, he requested spousal support and that she pay his legal fees.
